Pricing-Quilt costs depend on the Quilt size, number of photos/copied items and detail added.  Included in the cost: Embroidered Wording like a name, date,  short saying, quote or verse plus a couple Embroidered Designs.  There is an additional charge for extensive Embroidery.

Prices are listed for the quilt samples shown to give you an idea but for an actual quote, please tell us the approx. size you are looking for and the number of photos, T-shirt/clothing pieces, etc. you want added.

Photos may be emailed in .jpeg format if possible or sent directly (photos returned unharmed with your order).  More photo details supplied when order is confirmed.  Please note: Circle of Friends Quilting can resize your photos but cannot retouch them.  What you send is exactly how the photo will print out to the fabric, so please send only clear, clean looking photos.  Digital photos should be sent in a higher resolution, especially if scanned.  

Payment in full is required before the Photo Quilt/Pillow Cover order is started.  A personal check or money order is greatly appreciated but COFQ can also accept a credit card payment  if more convenient.  There is a Buy Now button at the bottom of the website front page for credit card payments.  We are always happy to work with our customers so please don't hesitate to let us know if this is a problem.  More Payment info given when order is confirmed.

Shipping is Free anywhere in the Continental US.  Unfortunately we only ship to the USA at this time.

Please note: We will ship the Quilt and your photographs to you for free-if we need to return unused fabrics or clothing pieces, artwork or other items we've made copies of for the Quilt, you will be responsible for that shipping fee.

Purchasing a quilt for a gift?  Circle of Friends Quilting will be happy to ‘gift wrap’ your purchase/order, include a personalized gift card AND mail the item(s) directly to the gift recipient!  Just let us know!  This service compliments of Circle of Friends Quilting.  We will also send you photos of the finished Quilt/Pillow Cover before the item is sent to make sure we have honored all your requests.

Referral Bonus Program-  Please pass the Circle of Friends Quilting website address on to your friends and family.  If they place an order with us and ‘drop’ your name, you will receive one bonus point.  Each referral bonus point is worth $10.00, good towards your next order/purchase!  Bonus points may be accumulated up to $50.00.

Item Purchase/Order Bonus Program- For every three orders  placed or three Pre-made items purchased, you will receive one bonus point ($10.00).  Bonus points may be accumulated up to $50.00.  Items do not need to be ordered/purchased all at the same time, we’ll keep track for you!

Refund Policy:

Every care is taken to ensure customer satisfaction.  If, for whatever reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may secure a refund.  Refund request must be made within 10 days of receipt of order.  It is the customers responsibility to return the item in the same condition it was received and pay for return postage, priority mail.  When the item is received, a refund will be issued in the form of a check or through Paypal if that is available.
