Circle of Friends Quilting is dedicated to creating the most personal and unique Keepsake Quilt or Pillow for you.  We will honor your special requests whenever possible and welcome your suggestions and ideas.  Please note our Refund Policy and Bonus Points Program below.

We are always happy to offer a price quote and time frame for quilt completion with no obligation.  Give us an idea of what you are looking for, approximate Quilt size, number of photos you have and if there are extra items to be added (example: T-shirt/Clothing pieces, Embroidered Designs and/or Wording, etc)  Almost anything is possible-just ask!

Refund Policy: Every care is taken to ensure customer satisfaction.  IF, for whatever reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may secure a refund.  Refund request must be made within 10 days of receipt of order.  It is the customers responsibility to return the item in the same condition it was received and pay for return postage, priority mail.  When the item is received, a refund will be issued in the form of a check for the total amount of the purchase.

Referral Bonus Program-  Please pass the Circle of Friends Quilting website address on to your friends and family.  If they place an order with us and ‘drop’ your name, you will receive one bonus point.  Each referral bonus point is worth $10.00, good towards your next order/purchase!  Bonus points may be accumulated up to $50.00.

Item Purchase/Order Bonus Program- For every three orders  placed or three Pre-made items purchased, you will receive one bonus point ($10.00).  Bonus points may be accumulated up to $50.00.  Items do not need to be ordered/purchased all at the same time, we’ll keep track for you!
