Ordering a Custom Photo Quilt or Pillow is easier than you think!  Quilts and Pillow Covers are made to your specifications whenever possible.  Most sizes, any color way, style and theme are available. Tell us a bit about the quilt recipient so we may customize your quilt by adding fabrics and/or embroidered designs that are truly a personal touch.  Scroll through the different categories for ideas and to view many design layouts and fabric samples on quilts we’ve already made for our customers.  We can also add embroidered wording or short sayings and we can copy your photos in Black/White or Sepia for an 'old-fashioned' look.    Email your special quilt requests (Approx. Size, Number of Photos and Theme).  We’ll reply promptly with an estimated completion time and a price quote-no obligation of course. Because EVERY order is different and customized, we work with you via Email/Phone throughout the quilt process to ensure each detail of your order is perfect!

Photos may be emailed in .jpeg format or sent directly (photos returned unharmed with your order).  More photo details supplied when order is confirmed.  Please note: Circle of Friends Quilting can resize your photos but cannot retouch them.  What you send is exactly how the photo will print out to the fabric, so please send only clear, clean looking photos.  Digital photos should be sent in a higher resolution, especially if scanned.  

Payment in full is required before the Photo Quilt/Pillow Cover order is started.  A personal check or money order is greatly appreciated but COFQ can also accept a credit card payment through Paypal  if more convenient.  We are always happy to work with our customers so please don't hesitate to let us know if this is a problem.  More Payment info given when order is confirmed.  Please note: We can ONLY accept a credit card payment through Paypal from our Canadian customers and there is also a modest shipping fee added depending on location and weight of purchase.

Shipping is Free anywhere in the Continental US.  

Please note: We will ship the Quilt and your photographs to you for free-if we need to return unused fabrics or clothing pieces, artwork or other items we've made copies of for the Quilt, you will be responsible for that shipping fee.

Quilt Information:

 Pre-made quilts are described as accurately as possible and special orders are created according to your specifications whenever possible.  All quilts are backed with 100% cotton muslin unless otherwise requested.  A Fleece backing may be added for an additional charge.  The customer is welcome to provide their own fabric.  Sometimes fabrics may vary but will be similar to photo.  PLEASE email Karen@cofq.net to inquire on fabric availability, or with any questions you may have concerning your order; Special Requests and /or prices on quilt sizes not shown. 

Purchasing a quilt for a gift?  Circle of Friends Quilting will be happy to ‘gift wrap’ your purchase/order, include a personalized gift card AND mail the item(s) directly to the gift recipient!  Just let us know!  This service compliments of Circle of Friends Quilting.  We will also send you photos of the finished Quilt/Pillow Cover before the item is sent to make sure we have honored all your requests.

Referral Bonus Program-  Please pass the Circle of Friends Quilting website address on to your friends and family.  If they place an order with us and ‘drop’ your name, you will receive one bonus point.  Each referral bonus point is worth $10.00, good towards your next order/purchase!  Bonus points may be accumulated up to $50.00.

Item Purchase/Order Bonus Program- For every three orders  placed or three Pre-made items purchased, you will receive one bonus point ($10.00).  Bonus points may be accumulated up to $50.00.  Items do not need to be ordered/purchased all at the same time, we’ll keep track for you!

Refund Policy:

Every care is taken to ensure customer satisfaction.  If, for whatever reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may secure a refund.  Refund request must be made within 10 days of receipt of order.  It is the customers responsibility to return the item in the same condition it was received and pay for return postage, priority mail.  When the item is received, a refund will be issued in the form of a check for the total amount of the purchase.
